exercise rutine for 16 yea old female

hi im catherine im 16 and I am four foot 11 and I and six and a half stone I want to exercise a bit more I eat healthy , I somtimes go on runs . Im starting college in september and I am joining the gym . the football team , the running team , and kickboxing But thats not untill september so I need a exercise ruitine to prevent me from putting weight on , I am realy scraed of putting weight on

please help

hi catherine, I am a certified personal trainer. the running that you are doing is a good start. what kind of results are you looking for?? there are plenty of options for someone your age.
