16 year old, Lose weight?!

I’m 16 years old, 5’8, and 160 pounds. How do I lose atleast 20 pounds, somewhat fast? All my friends think I’m perfect for my height, but I definetely think otherwise.

well if you realy want to lose weight you witch I think you dont realy need to cas most of my friends are 60 pounds and they are still skini and fearly tall to but you can try the zumba fit dvd’s they are realy good my sister used them and she lost 5 to 10 pounds in like 5 or 6 days its realy fun you lose weight and you lern to dance and still eat the same

Your fine. Don’t believe the media that says you should weight less. That is a good weight for your height.

If you really want to get skinnier, (I don’t think you need too) then make a plan so that you can achive your Ideal weight. Don’t skip meals as this can cause your body to go into survival mode and you can actually put on more weight. Choose the right type of exercise routine that will suit you and stick too it. If you don’t like running, take up dancing. Just keep an eye on what you eat and how you exersise and you should be fine.
