I want to get empancipated, would it be possilbe ?

I am sixteen years old. I live with my brother my sister and stepmom, and dad. Me and my dad fight a lot, sometimes I feel like he doesnt love me anymore, or he loves everyone else more than me, he freeks out on me for the simplest things, like chocolate syrup all over the fridge..he turns it into I dont do anything around the house and shut my phone off, I get blamed for everything and I am the only one. I feel like the outkast of my family. I want to get empancipated, would it be possilbe for this reason?

I say dont do anything that you may regret down the road. I dont want to take lightly what your dad is doing..but he may have some issues…and reasons for feeling the way he does…and perhaps, through a little love, and communication, you can help him to understand you more. I am sure he loves you…I promise you that he does…but he may be confused…about life, love, you, and your mom etc…and sometimes confusion, fear and concern makes people behave in not so nice ways. I say, give him a chance…sit him down…and write down things that you need out of the relationship…express to him things that make you sad…and upset…but in a loving and respectful way…and ask him to communicate with you openly..because your goal is to find peace and harmony. I promise that turning your back may seem like the right thing…today…but there may come a day…that you regret it…and want to be close to him. Dont forget…he is your dad…and the courts cant change whose blood runs in your veins…give him a chance…but try to express yourself to him.

do you have a job where you make enough to pay rent power cable heat and wATER NOT TO MENTION FOOD AND GAS AND CLOTHES!!! my advice just hang in there you’ll be there soon enough and you have to pay court cost and lawyers oh and what about insurance and a phone and medicine and docters visits the real world is hard

well you’ll have to put it in the courts prove that you are responcible enough to live by yourself and if everything goes your way you get amanstipated. I might take days, weeks, or maybe even months… BEST OF LUCK!!!
