What is an electronic cigarette?

I have heard about it, but i dont have any idea what it is if somebody can explainme please thank you.

It is a plastic look-alike cigarrette that uses vapor as a nicotine rush instead of actual stuff in a cig

The vapor cartridges come in many different flavors and strengths. I know of a number of people who use them and swear by them.
