Can eating little during lunch cause vertigo later on?

Answer #1

Are you sure that what you are experiencing is vertigo? Do you you have nausea, or are you sweating a lot? Do you feel nauseous or have you vomited? These are common accompaniments to vertigo.

If you don’t have any other symptoms other than the dizziness, then it’s more likely that you are simply feeling light-headed, which can happen if you don’t eat enough.
