Could not eating cause constipation?

I didn’t eat dinner yesterday only yogurt and 2day I only ate breakfast(at 12:00 hehe) and nothing until like 8. Could I be constipated because of this?if your wondering why I haven’t ate it’s because I haven’t been hungry :p

Yes, you aren’t getting enough nutrients by eating small amounts of food like that. Consume more foods that are high in fiber, and drink more water, because lack of fiber and water can definitely cause constipation. Try eating an apple.

You gotta eat more than that, your body needs it! Drink coffee or cranberry juice. It should help… :/

Uhm yeah. It can. Also my guess, you’re not drinking enough, we tend to forget water when we’re not eating (also a little trick anorexics use, it kinda suppresses the hunger urge when you’re not drinking, also causes constipation, kidney stones, generally shutting down of organs, etc). My suggestion, start eating whether you’re hungry or not. Been there, it once took me an entire day to eat a bowl of cheerios. But at least i was eating. So just nibble if nothing is appealing. Even though not being hungry can seem nice. Also then when you start eating you tend to overeat, and it’s just not a good cycle. If it lasts too long, you should probably see a doctor

the less u eat the less u poop hehe if u decide to eat more and your still constipated then something is wrong
