Is binging and then starving myself an eating disorder?

Ill like pig out on food, and then i feel guilty and fat so i will starve myself while eating as little as possible, and then i feel guilty about that and so the cycle restarts. Sometimes, very seldom i will make myself throw up..

Answer #1

Yes that is. It can also progress and advance and become more serious. Consult your doctor before its to late (:

Answer #2

Yup, definitely an eating disorder. Eat food! There is absolutely no reason to feel guilty about eating. Without food your skin will become dull, your hair will fall out, and your body will not be able to stay healthy at all. If you want a more toned body, do some workouts, but don’t deprive yourself of the food you need to survive. Love yourself!

Answer #3

When you eat chew slowly, and as soon as you feel youve had enough to satisfy. STOP. Have lots of snacks throughout the day aswell. this will stop you from pigging out and feeling guilty. while getting the right amount of food in you.

Answer #4

Even though pig out /starve 50/50 aint gonna do ya much if any harm ya should try to balance things a bit, like dont pig out and dont starve, just be normal .
