Can you be forced into an eating disorder clinic without a court order?
or would it be up to the person whether or not they would go? or would the parents decide?
It’s entirely up to your parents. Go to the clinic willingly. You and your parents will find out if you actually do have an eating disorder.
until you’re 18 that is. I don’t think a judge can hand out court orders to parents of “too skinny” children arbitrarily. There has to me a medical record involved.
I think that you should go to the clinic and try to get help if you have an eating disorder or think you have an eating disorder. I am getting help for mine. If you have an eating disorder you need help because you can serisouly harm your body.
Under 18? Your parents have control and if they feel it’s in your best interest to go to a clinic, then you have no choice.
If you are under 18 then you can be forced to go to the clinic by your parents. If you are no longer a major you will need a court order to go to the clinic.
I have an eating disorder, My parents almost made me go to one, but I told them I didn’t want to .
