Eating all the Time?

I feel like I keep eating all the time. I’m like always hungry. I think I eat because I’m bored and theres nothing else to do. Does anybody have tips on how not to get hungry all the time?

I have the exact same problem. When I’m bored I feel like eating. A lot of people eat when they are stressed but when I feel stressed I don’t eat a thing. When I’m bored I’ll eat even when I’m not the least bit hungry.

I just have to try to keep busy so I won’t succumb to boredom eating.

Keeping track of what you eat like mandyloo said is a good idea. I enter my meals on sparkpeople. It is a free website to help you keep track of your diet, exercise, etc.

  • The more you overeat the more you are expanding your stomach, leaving you hungry faster. Eat small portions. -Organize your pantry into portions. Dont just leave a whole bag of potato chips, seperate it into ziplock bags, you are less likely to overeat that way. -Write down everything you eat, your less likely to over eat when you see all that you have eaten already. -Get a hobby. Go outside. Dont watch a lot of tv, that’s when you eat the most. -Just keep busy and you will forget about food.
