When i eat after 8pmish i sick up my food that night, its normally greasy food i eat and forget about it when im at partys, but i dont know if its just greasy food why is it that i sick up food at night?
Heartburn/ Acid reflux comes at night alot greasy food usually is acidy food, Try cutting out acid at night like pop, any kinds of sauces especially ketchup thats the worst one for you. Or maybe try taking tums see if it calms the stomach. If you think this might be it look into it more and talk to your doctor.
