Answer #7

Its’ caused by pressure in your head. It is sometimes resulted from being sick. Normally, yawning or swallowing is the easiest and fastest way to relieve this pressure. Sipping on a drink or chewing gum also frequently work. 1.) Take a deep breath. 2.) Hold your nose. 3.) Breathe out through your nose, causing your ears to pop. 4.) Yawn afterward. This usually helps regulate your hearing back to normal, or encourage the ears to pop back to normal if blowing through your nose doesn’t.

Answer #15

shut up, you got ME sick. haha

Answer #16

You say you are sick. Now that is not good news. Hopefully it is not an ear infection (I have the same symptoms sometimes and it only happens when I am sick). But usually it is the pressure that causes the ears to “pop” .For example, during ascension in an airplane flight causes your ears to pop because the pressure increases. If you want to “re-pop” them just put your index finger and your thumb on your nose (closing the passage of air) and then trying to blow through your nose. I personally think that it is uncomfortable, but that is just me.
