Unhappy how I can make myself feel better
I always feel so down at the moment, and its not for any particular reason. I just can never be bothered going out and doing much, im never normally like this its just came on the last month.im always really moody and im always snapping at people for no reason ,so what my question is any suggestions on how I can make myself feel better :) ?
Are you sure you don’t have bipolar disorder? If the problems interfere with your life go see a therapist. They’ve spent years becoming professionals on what to do when you have problems.
