Keep getting an ear ache?

Ok..so I keep getting ear ache this lately also..

When I was younger I had hearing problems and had gromits..and now im getting like these weird noises..like when you flap a bit of card it makes that weird noise well I hear that..and a weird buzzing sort of noise and other noises..but when I turn round there nothing there that could mke the noise so I know its gota be something wrong with my ear..little bit worried like
