How can I get my back to stop aching?Mattress?

O.k for about 2 weeks my back has non-stop sorness and pain!my pain is about the middle all the way to the end of my back and it is killing me!I have to bend over very far to only have a minor pain.Even when I was typing my question on my laptop I had to bend over almost completly to get only minor pain!I think it is my mattress because ever since my birthday(Friday the 19th)that morning,it keeps getting worse every morning and it kills me even more than the day before!WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!

check out changing the mattress as well as take some Gastritis medication and have more fluids and take meals regularly might help

I am afraid I can’t do that,I am broke and my parents are not going to pay for it and drive me everywhere.It sucks!!!My mom said I should turn over my mattress.Litteritly!!!Lol!Oh well.
