What's good to drink when you're sick besides milk or ginger ale?

Yea Orange Juice for the vitamin C

or 7 up if ur throwing up

orange juice, and water (depends on what kind of sick) like if your throwing up and your stomach hurts, water and gingerale would help, and if you have a cold orange juice :) or sprite for stomach aches

cold? or flu? Water is always good and juice.

if you have a sore throat, drink some warm tea with honey. that always helped soothe my throat :)

if its just being sick you drink pure orange juice or lemon aid but taking it easy as it has acid in it, trust me it works as i been brought up drinking lemon aid while im ill ( sprite is the best drink though )

Well I persionally wouldnt do orange juice, especially if your stomach is upset or nautious. You dont want to puke it up. Trust me its gross. Instead go for some tea or water. Just dont go for acidy drinks like OJ, Pineapple juice, and grapefruit juice, etc, they are terrible to puke up and make my tummy feel worse. But if you just have a sore throat and no tummy problems, drink water, tea, no soda, and juice if it helps.

Gatorade or powerade…they got electrolytes in them n it will help alot..trust me! Lol
