What does water do for your body and how much should a person drink daily?

The right amount of water to drink daily varies for everyone. You should look at the colour of your urine to see if you are getting the right amount. It should be pale yellow in colour. If its colourless you are drinking too much, and if its dark, you need to drink more. Its important in the body for a variety of reasons. It acts as a solvent, is essential for certain metabolic processes etc. Also, our bodies are largely composed of water, so we need to make sure we dont dehydrate - we lose water through things like sweat so we need to make sure we drink enough daily.
yes there is such a thing as too much water. Too much water causes your cells to burst and die

i drink bottles and bottles of water everyday i drink 2 bottles a period till ofcourse my bladder’s full and i trust this person does understand when his bladders full and he cant take it anymore
Well, your cells don’t burst, but you can drink too much water and get very sick or die. It used to be 8 glasses of water a day was recommended, but now they count the other fluids you drink (except alcohol), so drink several glasses a day. How to tell if you’re getting enough? You aren’t thirsty, drink before you get thirsty, especially if you’ve been exercising or in a hot climate. And you pee often enough and it should be yellowish. If it’s too dark, you aren’t drinking enough.
Why do I know these things? My brain will explode. I volunteer in a hospital and learn all kinds stuff from the nurses.
On average I herd that you should drink 8 glasses of 8OZ of water, if you drink more, all the better, if you do less it’s up yo you. Ussually the color of your urine will tell you if you need to drink more water. Like if you have more of a dark yellow color and meaby a bit smelly, then you should drink more water, if it’s clear and all then your doing a good job and keeping your body mostly clean.
Our cells are meant to maintain isotonic pressure. They are not strong enough for any more - they can burst and die, and this happens particularly in the brain because there are too many cells and not enough room to accomodate the swollen cells. And I know this because I have a degree in biology.
