Who we are
At Wellness for Your Mind, Body, & Spirit, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and supportive counseling services to help individuals navigate through their mental and emotional challenges. Our founder, Mike MacKinnon, brings over 16 years of experience in wellness coaching and is currently undergoing training to become a Registered Psychotherapist. With a background in business and a Master of Divinity degree, Mike approaches counseling with a unique blend of empathy, understanding, and expertise.
What we Do
Our primary focus at Wellness for Your Mind, Body, & Spirit is to help individuals work through their mental and emotional struggles in a safe and non-judgmental space. Through a Rogerian, Emotion-Focused, and Intersubjective approach, we empower our clients to explore their emotions and uncover their fundamental needs. We believe that by working together, we can help you heal from your pain, grow through your struggles, and move forward towards a more fulfilling life.
