Needing so much water lately
I’ve been needing to drink a lot of water lately for some reason…like I have to leave the classroom to go get drinks of water all the time! and I play badminton, so its hard while I’m playing to just stop and go get water.
anyone know why??
if you pee less than you drink.. then its dehidration.. apparently the human body needs to consume 8 large glasses of water a day.. +- 2litres a day.. but I would imagine that is if you are physically active
It’s water. You drink it when you’re thirsty. There should be no mystery. You should only get worried if pee excessively or sweat excessively. Relax.
Okayy either you arent having enough for the day so now your body needs it more then ever now… which is similair to be dehydrorated… sence you play “badminton” all you energy is getting wasted.
