How to show him I won't hurt him?

Hey guys. I just got a couple of questions. I am now involved with a guy who I know likes me a lot, so saturday he came to my house to see me and he kissed me and then we talked again, and he kissed me again but then proceeded to have sex, which is fine all guys are going to try lol, but I didn’t want to do it like at all for many reasons. So then we just sat there for a while, we talked and I was falling asleep because it was really late and so then he said well your falling asleep Imma let you go to sleep and so he left and I went to bed, but before I went to sleep I kind of texted him and snapped on him because I was thinking that all he wanted was sex when he didn’t give off that type of vibe. So then we argued about it for almost two days and said some hurtful things. Now he’s saying that he doesn’t want to deal with me anymore because we argued, which it was our first time arguing. I know he just was in a relationship where he got really hurt and so now I feel like he is being distant and stuff because he thinks im going to hurt him. What can I do to show him I’m not going to hurt him and what do yall think?

Yeah pretty much what angelfire said is the real deal.

This guy just wants to have sex with you he is in no interest in building a real relationship with you. Which there are those couples who do base there relationships on sex but they wind up not lasting long at all period.

It is true though while dating 50 or more percent of the time sex is going to pop up in your head but the point is if wiether or not it is right enough to engage in? if you havent known eachother that long it seems kinda strange and rather degrading but if you have known eachother many many years and share a strong and passionate love for eachother than it would seem more right to engage in.

Sweetie, this has NOTHING to do with you hurting him. HE WANTED SEX, AND HE DIDNT GET IT! All guys do NOT try and get sex. My boyfriend has never disrespected me that way! You need to open your eyes, and realize that this guy only wanted sex. Its obvious, but your just not seeing that. You told him you thought he just wanted sex, now he doesnt want to deal with you anymore.(because you called him on it) Dont go making excuses for him by using his past relationship as a crutch for his disrespecful behavior. If you want to see if this guy really wants you or sex, dont let it get passed kissing. You’ll find your answer.
