Does this still make you anorexic?

Lets say someone stopped eating for so long that he/she doesn’t get hungry anymore but so far doesn’t see him/herself fat after he/she lost a couple of pounds does that still make him/her anorexic ?

if your anorexic, you deprive your self of food for several days, where as bulimia is the illness where the individual believes that they are fat when they may possibly not be, and aa a result will self induce vomitting and will also use laxatives. Both are psychological conditions, once an individual is diagnosed with anorexia/bulimia it will be because they have been self inflicting this harm upon them to loose weight for over a long period of time and after being diagnosed with anorexia/bulimia it is very difficult for the individual to seek treatment and will do anything to stay bullimic/anorexic as the illness then leaves them with the fear of gaining weight.

So in other words very rarely an individual will attempt to overcome their illness even if they feel they have lost weight, they will continue and for some the desire to be and stay slim is more then the will to live.

it’s not always the case that individuals become anorexic/bullimic to loose weight rather it could be family complications, attention seeking another way of self harming rather than cutting etc.

“Anorexia” is a loss of appetite no matter how long or for whatever reason.

“Anorexia Nervosa”(what most people MEAN by Anorexia) is a serious disorder in eating behavior primarily of young women in their teens and early twenties that is characterized especially by a pathological fear of weight gain leading to faulty eating patterns, malnutrition, and usually excessive weight loss

huh??? ok umm…I think it kinda does but I dont think we have to worry bout that since we both love food!!!lol
