Has he fallen for me?

Okay This Is Award because I Have No One To Help Me WIth Advice And So I’m Turing To Yall For Yall’s Help.. So… I’ve been working for about 4 week’s now and at work there is this guy that I’ve fallen for and dont know how because we don’t really have long conversations and also it’s hard to tell if he’s fallen or me but at work when he see’s me he acts like he aint looking at but when he see’s me walk in to work he’ll be like Crystal how are you doing and when I go take my return to the back like he always end’s up going and he’ll be like hi crystal and when I’m walking and stuff he’ll be like thank you Crystal but when I look at him he won’t look me in the eye like he will right when I ask something but he always looks away and just starts putting stuff up but continuing or conversation then like last time he saw that I had two kid’s and he was so how many kid’s do you have and I was like two and he was like ok …then like last time we were in some office to get extra pay and like everything that he was reading to me like he’d look at me telling me but wouldnt look at me its just like I dont want to think that he does like because I want to like be there having feeling and then him not having them you know lk I dont want to look stupid or something please help me please id really appreciate yalls help alote thank you all so much
