Do I have an eating disorder?

I hate like stuffing loads of chocolate or sweets in my mouth even though I like them I have like 2 things to eat at lunchtime (a small sandwhich and a pear) I love to exercise my wrist bones are about 5 cm around(around my wrist I mean) I can feel my pelvis bone really clearly and my ribs(I can feel my pelvis more when I sleep I have about 3 small meals a day my freinds look worried when I eat my lunch

Maybe you should have 4 small meals rather then 3. Because 3 is the amount that most people have each day, and it’s usually not small meals. You should add 1 more meal to your daily helpings.

im not going to get into how to diagnose an eating disorder, because that could take forever, but calculate your bmi, if it is a lot lower than normal then you might have a problem…

no I doubt it. I cant see my hip bones when I lay down and stuff and im average weight.

5cm? are you sure, no one’s wrist is that small, except maybe a new born baby. are you sure its not 5inches?

I dont think you do, but I don’t think you are eating too healthy either, trying eating snacks between your small meals to make sure you are getting enough nutrition to stay healthy
