Could I be developing an eating disorder?

Okay, I guess its time for me to admit it. I think I’m developing an eating disorder. I eat NO MORE than 500 calories a day and I only drink water and tea. After I eat, I walk or run for a very long time and I only feel skinny when I am hungry. I know its a problem but I can’t seem to get better. I cant talk to my parents and I don’t want to get my friends involved. I’m obsessed with seeing the bones in my body and I don’t know why. Help?

You need to go to an eating disorder specialist, hun. You’re too sick for friends and family to help you. You’re in a habit now and they have to ease you off of it. Otherwise you’ll continue to relapse back into it.

girly you have many options and I dont know you so I dont know which will work

  1. if you know god I wud call on him and talk to a pastor because no one else can help you like he can which he can work through people to help you
  2. its good that your at least eating but 500 cal. isnt enough if your runnning all the time
  3. Get your mind off your self and onto something else
    • Sports -Dance team -Horse back riding -There is so much you can do 3.Why dont instead of trying to see your bones and look sickly you go into boxing or sumtin or gymnastics and try to see sum muscles on them bones
  4. Hey you could always try the old love your self for who you actualli are because your obviously not fat you probably will neva be so why not love your self seriously be confident with who you really are because if you were already you wudnt be trying to hurt your body
  5. Im 5’5 and 165pds yea a lil fat right but guess what im so confident that I get guys trying to ask me out all the time “and yess hott ones lmao like sum were actualli models which I thought even I cudnt get” and its obviously not because I have bones popping outta me but because im happi the way I am and I compliment my self all the time
  6. The type of “disorder” you have is all about control if I were you I wud first start with my mind set about my self and make it more positive AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST NUMBER– 7.LAST TIME I CHECKED GIRLI NO GUY WANT A GIRL THAT HAS THE BODY OF A TEN YEAR OLD BOY WHO HASNT EATIN IN DAYS
