Why won't the Sims 2 recognize my DivX?

I have the game and it refused to work on my comp. It says that it cannot find the DivX player on my comp but I have it and I ve upgraded it and everything. i have redownloaded it multiple times and tried downloading the game over and over again and it says the same thing over and over again. I have windows me and there is plenty of memory on my comp so I don’t know what the problem is.

Hi,

I’m not tech support…so I would recommend going to this site, where there are specific forums just for DIVX problems. Seems a lot of people have similar issues. Might want to see if your problem has been addressed, or post there for specialized help.
