“Growers” who have contracts with or sell to the legal pot dispensaries are in buisiness to make money, so I’d say they wiould use chemicals as well to boost their crop yield.

All pot is illegal by federal law. However in some states you can get a card that allows you to purchase, possess, consume, and grow pot legally in the state. However that card only protects you from state laws and you can still be charged under federal laws because no state can protect some one from federal law.
