Answer #1

yes there is a diffrence, i learned that the heard way lol”im at the hospital means i am at the hospital like ur there but not a patient might become one if ur there cus ur sick or hurt but,it can mean ur there cus ur visiting someone whos sick{a actuall patient}and “im in the hospital”means ur in the hospital cus u felt sick or just got hurt and getting stiches for example or something else but ur there, and u are a patient.

Answer #2

In the hospital means you’re being (expensively) treated for an affliction. At the hospital means you’re there for some other reason, like to see someone who is in the hospital, spending their savings on bandages and chemicals and surgery.

Answer #3

IN would mean that you are being taken care of. AT means that you are in the location
