Good brand of diet pills?

Don’t take any diet pills without talking to your doctor first. Exercising and healthy eating are key to losing weight - don’t expect to just take a pill and you lose weight, its not like that.

Well I suggest that you lose weight the normal way just by exersing and eating rite because diet pills arent really the best and they will make you feel kinda sick so just be active like 60min a day and take a run in the morning for about 2 months and you`ll proubly lose around 25 pounds
