Depression, should I talk to someone or take something?

I know you guys have heard it all before but.. I get depressed when im in a fight with my girlfriend or fight with someone saying im not worth them or id kill myself and everyone would be much better without me… I do it to vent I dont know why but once I do it and sit down and play my guitar I relax and im calm again in like 10 mins… I hate when it happens because now im not allowed to talk,txt or see my girlfriend for this reason… I dont have the guts to do it and I tell people that but I dont know

is it talking to someone or a medicine thing?

Hmm medication may help, but I think what will definitely help more is talking to someone. Talk to a therapist. Preferably one who has DBT training…

It’s a talking thing. Communicate with someone so that you have a chance to express your feelings and thoughts. If you can’t find someone locally, then utilize Fun Advice and rant via Fun Mail with one of the Advisors or someone else who’s opinions you like.
