Should I talk to someone?

I’m fed up of feeling like this, I’ve been putting up with it for well over a year now, whenever I eat, I feel really guilty, I exercise a whenever I’ve eaten and completely hate everything about myself. I basically hate food. I’m scared that if I tell my best friend or family, they will think I’m being weak and pathetic. My periods have stopped, I think I’ve had one in a year I’m even finding it hard writing how I feel, should I talk to my parents?

heyy whatever you do talk to your parents or a doctor because you are unhappy and that is taking over you. dont be unhappy talk to parents doctors or somebody who will listen.

tell your parents, they will help you and wont think your pathetic or weak :) parents are there for a reason ^^
