Craving chocolate OR bread with butter... What can I do???

Lately when I am tired I have been craving chocolate OR bread and butter! I have NOOO idea why and it drives me nuts and makes me a not so nice person until I eat it! When I do it I stuff my face full like I have not eaten in days! Can anyone tell me why I have these cravings and how in the world do I get rid of them! Is there something I can eat so that I do not have these extremely strong cravings anymore!??!?!

I normally am extremely healthy, eating 6 times a day and working out 5-6 days a week! I don’t know why out of the blue I get these cravings that do not go away!

Someone HELP!!

A craving is basically an oral gratification. I find that when I crave a particular food, I eat it very slowly, thereby receiving satisfaction from it without eating a lot of it.

For example, when I eat chocolate, I allow it to melt in my mouth instead of chewing on it.

It’s not wrong to give in to your cravings, but you have to control it, or it will control you.
