How do i get over sweet cravings ?

I get weird cravings, for like, gatorade, tea, soda, cookies, anything thats not good for me, something sweet usually. I eat pretty healthy. I know it’s probably normal, but i don’t really wanna keep having these, i’m trying to lose a little weight or maintain it, not gain. Any suggestions ? Thankkks.

Keep all sweet things away from you if you crave it think about something sour. Something that would throw your sweet appetite off.

From experience, it helps to cut out the option of sweet foods. For example avoid looking at chocolate in the supermarket, leave your money at home when at school so you don’t get tempted to buy food from the tuck-shop. If you cut out sweet altogether, your body will crave it more. It’s best to eat sweet things like apples, mandarins/oranges etc than lollies.

I eat lots of fruit. (x I don’t buy the sweets. My dad & my sisters do. I pretty much avoid it.

Honestly I just chew sugar free gum when i’m craving sweets horribly and it usually helps a lot :)

i always have cravings for peanut butter n jelly and soda pop. but what i usually do is eat an orange… or grape. their my favourite and they work the best for me. i usually eat oranges and grape and most of the i have a glass of mil with them. i know peanut butter n jelly isnt exactly bad for you. but it makes me crave other sweet things and they usually are bad for you.
