What are some things to COOK for Christmas?

Does anyone have any recipes or ideas for things I should cook for Christmas? We want to go shopping for christmas dinner. NOTE: I know that when we think of Christmas and food you get desserts, but no dessert ideas please. We already have that down. (: My mom is struggling to think of something to COOK! not bake! for Christmas Eve tommorow. Any ideas helpful.

My father-in-law is roasting a turkey for the meat eaters. He is making stuffing but I also made vegetarian dressing. I’m making a big batch of mashed winter squash and two batches of mashed potatoes, one with garlic and one without (FIL alergic to garlic and not everyone likes it anyway). Of course there will also be rolls, carrots, peas, and green bean casserole.
