I have silky firm and extra firm that my mom bought me but idk how to use it
Silky tofu is good for creamy sauces and pudding-like desserts. Try mashing or blending it with a banana and some berries, for example. Sometimes I like to add carob powder for a sort of (but not really) chocolaty flavor.
Firm is good in brothy soups, any size cubes.
Extra firm is also good for soups, or you can slice it horizontally and bake or broil it with any light sauce, spices, or other flavoring you like, or you can saute it - either by itself to a golden color (slowly so it doesn't stick to the pan), or mixed with your favorite vegetables.
That's just a start; you can buy whole cookbooks of all tofu recipes!
I did this to a tofu:
I cut it to pieces and put salt and pepper on. Then I cut some tomatoes and a zucchini. Then I put all in a pan and added some sour cream and cheese. Then I waited till stuff got hot. I liked it but my kids refused to eat it.
If you like curry, then instead of curry chicken try curry tofu it tastes amazing !!
