I have been constantly tired for like 2 years or maybe even 3 now, had 2 blood tests and they're perfectly fine, any suggestions?
I have the exact same problem and it is interfering severely with my life. I even think that combined with a loss of motivation are the root causes of why I didn't get into the college of my choice. anyways,
the people above said that you might have sleep apnea which means during the night you momentarily stop breathing (and don't know it). even if you stop breathing for a few second intervals, the cells in your body could be lacking the oxygen so you feel tired all the time. if you are suffering from depression or some other psychological disorder, this may cause drowsiness and fatigue. if you do not get enough sleep at night, (about 9 hours for adolescents, 7-8 for adults, 6 for the elderly ) this could be the cause. also having an underactive thyroid cause fatigue. you should definetely discuss everything with a doctor, and until then try to get atleast 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week, get an adequete amount of sleep, and eat healthfully.
I would also recommend a sleep apnea test if you can afford it. It may be that you are sleeping at night but not really resting. This can cause lots of problems in the daytime with feeling drowsy, narcolepsy, headaches, etc.
Sounds like very severe the problem is. I hope you will pay enough attention on it . Take care!
you should see a docter because there are many different things that could be going wrong.
check for sleep disorder or sleep apthnea infos (...might you have it.)
I have seen a doctor hense the two blood tests
