Ooh, ajko is right. I called Boca and Morningstar Farm vegan, but many of their products do contain milk or eggs, so be careful if you want to be a strict vegan! Some products have a little stamp on them which reads “vegan.”

Answer #3

Look around your grocery store. There are some companies, such as Boca and Morningstar Farm, that make vegan foods. They make soy burgers, corn dogs, hot dogs, cheese, etc.

GO TO HEALTHSTORES LIKE IN fLORIDA THEY HAVE A SUPERMARKET WHERE THE PRODUCE ARE ORGANIC, AND IF YOU WANT TO SUBSTITUTE THE MILK FOR SOY AND MEAT FOR SOY AND EGGS YOU CAN BUY THIS IN A REGULAR SUPERMARKET BUT MOSTLY THEY STAY WITH ORGANIC, AS WELL YOU CAN CHECK THE RECIPES ON THE WEBSITE FOR VEGETARIAN IT WILL GIVE YOU A IN SIDE SCOPE OF WHAT KIND OF FOODS THEY EAT.

                                                                                                                            BLESSED BE

Vegans often find refuge in ethnic meals. Some cultures and countries are historically vegetarians or pescatarians, so vegan meals are easy to find. For instance: Indian, Chinese, and Japanese foods are well-known for their inclusion of vegan and vegetarian entrees. Mexican food is also loved by vegans for it’s wide variety of bean and rice dishes–legumes and rice are essential for a vegetarian diet. Also, try mock products but be wary of Morningstar Farms and Boca as they are rarely vegan. Companies like Tofurkey, Yves, and Litelife exclusively are. They only produce vegan products, but always check to make sure.

Answer #6

Health food stores have vegan prepared and convenience foods but I found that eating vegan means preparing most of your own food. There are a few fast food options but in general it takes some research to find vegan fast food since often the restaurant staff are not helpful.

I’m not 100% strict vegan. I don’t eat meat, fish, our foul at all and I avoid dairy and eggs. When I’m traveling or eating out I try to be a little flexible.

Answer #7

Loma Linda or Worthington brands are the best
