peanut butter vegan food?
I know what most foods are vagan
but is peanut butter vegan? because I have heard some rumors that there is worms or something in them
also people say that a lot of bread is not vegan? is that true
peanut butter is definately vegan. totally, my mom works for a peanut butter company, and shes seen the recipes. nothing to do with worms.
bread however… store bread, such as hovis..is not vegan. fresh like tiger loaf is, because theyre made differently.
