What are some good conditioning workouts for cheerleading???

Like today at practicie we conditioned our abs and I am horrible out of shape, so…..I need to work on that. We aren’t practicing anymore until July and by then I have to be able to do 50 male pushups, not those girly ones so HELP thanks (:

Lots of crutches, sit ups and leg lifts. The crutches and sit ups will help condition your abs. Also stretching everyday and improving balance is good too and crucial. Yoga would be good for this!. Balance on one leg, then the other and squeeze your muscles. Endurance is super super important. Try to do lots of jumps (tuck jumps, split jumps, etc) and circulate through the exercise at least 10 times. Possibly try to get some running in too to build stamina. You need all the energy you can get for cheerleading! Just practice and work each day! You don’t even have to do intense exercises. A little bit each day can go a long way! Hope this helped!

u could jump on a trampaline <==(i dont think i spelled tht right) but anyways make sure u eat healthy cuz work outs not gunna do anything if ur not eating healthy
