clearing up confusion

is it bad for me to work out to the point that the only reason I stop is bc my body stops what it is supposed to be doing. I have been doing this and acctually seeing a difference in my muscle mass after eact time I work out. is this bad for me.

that was what I first put. I mean by seeing a change im seeing an increase not a decrease. I am a lot stronger but I get sore for days after I do the workout. I am trying to beat my body in control with my mind. mind over matter as they say. I have done the workouts like 5 times and they are really showing good results but is it bad for me to be doing this to this extent

You are over training! In the beginning you would probably see some good results, but after time you might see an opposite effect because when you over train, your body actually starts burning the muscle. To keep this from happening, take amino acids, they are harmless and they do wonders for repairing and building muscle mass. You would also be sore for shorter periods of time.
