I was going to say gum has nothing to do with losing weight but then I searched it and found this article which completely changed my mind:

if you chew your brain autimatically thinks you are eating. It won’t help you lose wait but it will keep you less hungry, That’s why people that chew their food more struggle eating as much.

really, no though gun is not to be used as a substitute for eating food unless you eat too much chewing gum isnt a weight loss fad thing that will make you drop pounds and its not to be used as a substitute for food skipping however yes, can help but you need to reguarly do it
