Psychic channeling questions...need help fast!

my friends and I went somewhere and felt a strong entity. when we were leaving we could feel that it was following us. because of the narrow path we were walking on we split into 2 groups of 2. my two friends behind me began to get scratches on their backs, faces, stomachs and arms. this worried me, and we could feel this all the way back to the house. partway there I lost all feeling in my arms and hands and could not move them. my friend had a bit of trouble breathing and I got bad pangs in my stomach. at the house I decided to do a bit of automatic writing to see if the entity was still there. I closed my eyes and began scribbling. I could feel the pen slow down and begin to write as I focused on where we were. I opened my eyes and saw ‘go away’ written three times. I waited a few minutes and tried again. I focused harder and began to write. I felt sweat begin and pressure on me but could not stop. finally I opened my eyes and saw ‘leave this is MINE MINE MINE’ written. on the way back we saw a bunch of crows circling and a few were perched on the side where we felt the entity strongest. as we looked at them, they looked at us and flew back to where we first felt it. there were a bunch of crows around the house too, watching us. I know that whatever it was is definetely not good. me and three of my friends have pronounced abilities, and the fourth is developing hers. the two strong ones and me want to go back this weekend and see if we can communicate with the entity. however, I feel that it could be very dangerous, especially for me because I am developing my channel abilities and have no control of what enters my body. my mom told me about calling a guardian to protect me, but I don’t know how and I need to know. please help! and I also thought it would be a good idea to bring some sage to burn and a white candle for protection. is this a good idea, even in the daylight? please help. I cant rest until I understand what this thing is, and why it affected us so badly.
