Answer #7

maybe it’s because your dehydrated. usually headaches can be caused by dehydration or not getting enough water

Answer #8

Definitely. If you are use to eating/drinking a lot of sugary or caffeinated things and you are cutting back then your body could be in withdraw. Its not bad for you but it is a little unpleasant. Not getting enough water can do that to, dehydration (and you aren’t always aware when you are dehydrated). Not eating enough, or eating the wrong things. You could be getting too little calories and your body doesnt have enough fuel or if you are getting a lot of empty calories (unhealthy food) then yes you are getting the calories but your body isnt getting the things it needs to run properly. Lack of sleep or not enough of it can do that to. And of course, every one is different, and certain methods of eating could work for one person where another could have a bad reaction to it. For example, sugar and caffeine tends to make some OCD symptoms worse. And some people can’t process certain foods like others, my mother doesn’t eat see food because it gives her a nasty headache later on. Its possible that your eating certain kinds of foods that are triggering these unpleasant reactions.
