Why do I keep getting headaches when I wear headbands?

I’ve had the same headbands for a year or two but I’ve recently started having headaches whenever I wear one.

Your head is gettin bigger so the headbands are just too small at this point

Because the ends are digging in too much. The headbands may not be too small, but just don’t fit well. That area of your head has a lot of pressure points that they must be digging into, causing headaches:) Just try them on before buying:)

yeah they are way to tight. This happens to me all the time while i am playing sports. Just loosen them up.

cuz, the head band will squeeze your head and it hurts so you will get a headache, thats what happens to me.

It might be because the headband is too tight.
