How do you lose cellulite?

How do you lose cellulite?? im really not fat..but I still have some and I feel sooo weird about it and since summer is comming up, I really want it gone.

Hi,

First: Exercise! Also, A balanced diet can help you lose weight and reduce cellulite in the process.

Water is also good for losing cellulite, and so is avoiding alcohol and smoking.

Smoking is just as bad for cellulite as it is to the rest of your health. Smoking weakens connective tissues and so worsens the dimpling effect.

I have heard that if you smash it and roll it around that it will help get rid of it. What cellulit is it’s like little marshmellows of fat and if you press on it and roll it around it will deflate the “little marshmellows” and help reduce it.

Sounds funny I know…but it seems to have helped others.

just tone up. no creams work. its stupid when people say “use this cream” it doesnt work!

i agree, creams does not work, well if they do they just offer a temporary solution just like the coffee scrub. Proper diet, lots of fluid intake, exercise are good but it will not totally get rid of nasty cellulite. Not unless paired with anti-cellulite procedures.
