Cat going through heat?

My cat is going through heat and she keeps meowing. Is she in pain? If so what can I do?

first off its the best thing to get her spayed. they dont have to put up with this then and you dont continue to overpopulate the world with kittens lol :) she may be omewhat tender, sometimes they dont find it comfortable to sit down. Make sure she has somewhere cool to lay if she wants and a soft blanket

she is not in pain, she is calling a mate and letting them all know she is ready
