I have a little white thing sticking out. It's hard.
Without seeing it for myself I can't tell you what it is exactly but I highly doubt it's a piece of cartilage.

Ooh good haha, someone looked at me and told me it was cartilage. Freaked me out.
I don't think that's possible. It's probably just skin or lymph.
It's really hard though, hot water won't get rid of it.
Is such a thing even possible though?
