How to not puke after running?

so whenever I run for about a mile or more I start feeling sick..I don’t know if its just that I didnt eat enough food or too much food before or not enough water or too much water..I don’t know but I hate throwing up almost everytime after I workout!..any advice on what I should do? thxxx.

you are overworking yourself… that might be the reason you get nauseated and throw up everytime you run. make sure you stay hydrated and don’t over work yourself.

uhm yeah sometimes because you’re not getting enough oxygen to digest food and exercise an asthmatic will throw up…

it may be that you’re dehydrated? or you may have other problems…

make sure you have enough fluids, dont eat before you run (ok even if you dont have asthma, its still stupid to make your body devote energy to digestion as well as your muscles… you know the hour rule before swimming?) and if that doesnt help, talk to a dr…
