How can I stop gaining weight back after dieting?
okay. so whenever i magically am able to lose some weight…i stop dieting and immediately gain back my lost weight. why? its so terrible, thats y i stop eating much at all to keep from gaining back the weight. so my question (after all that rambling..) is how to eat but still keep my weight stable?
There is no way to just,… stop dieting… But you can add a little to your diet in small doses and eventually get back to a reasonable amount of food without gaining weight. Your body craves minerals, however, when you are on your diet, so make sure that your diet is balanced. Don’t leave out fiber, protein, or exclude all carbs; but the human body can get along quite well on very small portions of food. Be sure to drink a lot, though. I lost 60 lbs on the “subway” diet, though I didn’t buy my sandwiches at the shop, I made them. I ate a three inch sandwich at 11am, 3pm, and 7pm (give or take), or a peanut butter english muffin (for protein). After a while my muscles started hurting and I reasoned that I needed more protein, so I added a glass of milk. Everyone’s diet has to be tailored to your own needs, taste, and time. If you are working, it is harder to keep to the “feeding me every four hours” routine. I would get hungry after 3 1/2 hours, but put off eating for the other half-hour. If you wait too long, however, you get famished and eat too much. Like I said, small quantities is very important – but eat more regularly than usual. SLOWWWLY increase your intake & keep up with your exercise to get back to “normal” schedule. But most of it is mind control, rather than just eating schedules.

If you exercise, than do that and don’t stop your eating cycle. That might cause problems with your body. So exercise and eat healty, don’t stop eating! Just limit your eating on junk foods, hope that helped!
