How do I gain weight back slowly?

I lost too much weight to fast eating about 500-600 calories a day. How do I gain some back without getting fat? Im not anorexic or anything I just needed to lose about 10 pounds and instead I lost close to 30. I look shitty, none of my cloths fit and everyone thinks I have a major problem. I need to gain some weight back but I dont wont to get really fat because of the starvation mode and everything.

The safest way to gain back the weight without it becoming fat is to make sure your eating heathy food, but increasing your calorie intake. Approx. 1800 calories a day, a balnced menu and continued exercise should do the trick.
