Wow, this took some research. Basically yes it is legal to poke a belly button. BUT there’s some IFS. IF the intent was sexual, then it could be a misdemeanor, but not rape. IF the intent was sexually devient, the it could be a felony, more or less rape. IF it was done with the tongue, then it could be delicious, but not rape. IF it was done with the finger, then which fiinger, , 1-3-4 no problem, 2 oops, thumb take it to court. IF it was done with the nose!, definitely not rape, but surely fun. IF it was done with the elbos, definitely not rape, you can’t put an elbow into your ear or your v And dont’ even start with toes, ears, knees, or hair! Just do it!
