Can't find the motivation...
to keep running and working out, now it seems I keep stopping and starting and the results are terrible. I ache after, my heart rate is sky high,but im pretty well toned. I’m really starting to slip, and not even loud ‘working out’ music seems to work.
How do you all keep your motivation as after losing two stone 2 an a half years ago and working out for like a year and a half I can’t keep it up at all anymore. Has anyone got an idea for motivation, one thing that did work was when a girl id always liked and sort of still close to kept getting cheated on (and I wanted to treat her properly) and well I had a fight scene between me an the guy in my head. But it only worked that one night. sorry I went on but have you all got any ideas Thanks

this is what you gotta do. find a reason for working out. once you do that picture something really great will come over you if you work out. thats what my uncle does to keep interests.
well you have been workin out for a long time, for me I sometimes workout everyother day or go one week and rest the next, and it seems to be workin, I dotn get to tired and dont “need motivation”, but my dad cant walk and my moms a diabetic so I guess thats my way of stayin motivated for anything in life.. just dont go constantly give yourself a day or two…be sure to stretch everydat cause it helps with feelin better and if you do take a week then stretchin everyday keeps that groggy feelin away, you can also change up your routine ex.. one day run, next powerlift(if you do), then do stairs… I don’t know just a few tips…
Uhh first of all I have been reading a lot of questions and people say they lost 1 stone or 2stone and so on and how much weight is that? Like in pounds?
But to your question I am extremly in shape and to keep up being toneed after my day at school and sports when I get home I use zumba workout if you go to zumba.com it tells you everything and its a dvd set and its a latin workout and its so much fun it keeps you in shape and it is so much fun. At first I was struggiling to keep up with it but once you get how to dance that style you cant wait to get home and start the workout!!!
